Because BreathLoop is a personal use badge accessory, returns are accepted only for unused items in original condition.

Please contact ShiftRelease within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
